ENGINEERING
Concept development, production ready CAD models, component optimization, design review and technical drawings based on real manufacturing requirements.
ADDITIVE MANUFACTURING
Functional prototypes and production parts manufactured with enclosed FDM and SLS systems, using engineering polymers selected for the operating conditions.
DIGITIZATION
Existing parts and physical interfaces are captured, rebuilt and converted into accurate CAD data for reproduction, modification or further development.
COMPOSITES
Composite component development and sourcing through specialist manufacturing partners, including patterns, tooling and solutions that combine printed parts with carbon fiber.
PRODUCTION
Single components, small batches and repeat production with documented process settings, dimensional inspection and manufacturing selected around the part.
